When do you feel you have no choice?

In what ways do you feel it? In your body? Emotionally?

Why do you feel you have no choice in these instances?

What do you feel is keeping you from “having a choice”?

What do you wish you could do in these instances to change things around?

What would it mean to you to know that you always have a choice? How would you act, feel, what would you do in your every day life?

How can you get in that space of choice?

Try it for one decision you have to make. 

What did you do, think? What happened? How did it feel? How does it feel right now? 

What lesson have you learnt from this?
